I just read this most excellent post on punk by Tyler at Habbakuk's Watchpost. Do yourself a favor and read it. I've got nothing to add to it.
[note: I typed this while listening to "Making Flippy Floppy" by the Talking Heads. It just seemed appropriate.]

It's got pictures, though. So it doesn't count. Chris's are that long and dry.
Almost doesn't count.
For those of you wondering, after Tyler's comment, whether or not the president just opened his mouth and said something stupid (again!); while he just might have (his veep did just shoot a guy, you know?), Tyler's quote is a line from the song I was listening to while typing my post about his post.

luv ya anyway :p
AM NOT!!!

Both of your wifes have wonderful senses of humor. Lord knows that Heather does.
The Chappy is now wading out of said fray.
Thank you, Chappy. Once again, you are the epitomy of wisdom.
Now, if you haven't already, please read Tyler's post. It should appeal to the musical historian in you.
I ain't farting on no snare drum!
Thanks, Pip!
(Bonus points to anyone other than Tom who can name that movie.)
The movie is Airheads and I quite enjoyed the article in question.
Chappy wins the prize! But what's the prize?
By the way, Tyler, when you win the approval of a Chappy on a musical matter you've done something special.
