I never imagined that there could be anyone out there with more books on his Christmas list than me. But you, sir, are that man!

I only have more books on my Christmas list than Brian because he has more books on his shelf than me. I'm trying to catch up.

OK, perhaps I do have more books than you, but people keep writing good books, and there are so many good old ones that I never seem to keep up. Sometimes, I want to follow Faust's lead-- get rid of all of my books and make a deal with Mephistopheles.

(Ack-- a literary reference! More books! Somebody help me!)

On the off chance I'd find a match, I Googled "Daniel Amos" and "Heschel." That I found any response surprised me, and that I found your site made me smile. I will spend more time here soon. Namaste!
